How long will it take to get from Hamburg, Germany to Amsterdam by train? My friend lives in Germany and she said it only took her 2 and a half hours to get from Hamburg to Amsterdam. However, I've looked through train schedules & other places on the internet, and the all say about 5 hours. Is it possible to get from Hamburg to Amsterdam in 2.5 hours???

Does anyone have a recipe for hamburg gravy that calls for vinegar?
