1. Take the S Bahn I ll add the link of RMV It takes about 20 minutes. By cab it takes the same time but if you have much luggage it is more comfortable. Cost of a cab are 20 to 30 Eur depending on the traffic. http://www.rmv.de/coremedia/generator/RMV/Sprachen/SPRACH__ART__en.html
2. it's take less than 20 minutes. You can take the S Bahn or the ICE Train or IC, they all stopping at the Airport station. Check the web: www.bahn.de put Frankfurt/M. Hauptbahnhof to Frankfurt/M. Flughafen than you can see the times, arrival times and the price.
3. you look on the list or ask someone that works at the bahnhof...then when you take the train you get off and walk up the steps and your in the airport.
